Synopsis
The arrival of an intelligent, beautiful new player blows away members of an all-male Yorkshire brass band. She does more than pick up the guys' tempo. Before long, the group are favorites in competition. At the same time, musical success conflicts with a mine closure threatening to devastate their small community.
